Holding the Wildness and Magic of The Moment: Costa Rica 2026
holding the Wildness and Magic of This Moment: Iceland
It’s about you right now. “How many times do we say, oh, maybe next time?” Well, a small group of women decided to say, “Yes, this time!” They took the opportunity to engage in a magical well-being transformative journey full of spiritual connection and healing in the wildness and magic of the moment. We were immersed in a 5-day intensive retreat experience. Iceland is truly mystical and full of beauty. We didn’t “see” the Northern Lights, but we knew the light show was there behind the clouds. We stood over the tectonic plates where the earth split, opened to the new. We left everything behind and opened our hearts to hear our inner voice. We trekked into the heart of a glacier one behind the other guiding and supporting each other as we walked inside ice paths and caves. You were in Gaia, Mother Earth’s inner sanctum. We bathed in the thermal flows and in the Blue Lagoon, swam up to the “mask bar” and then into a sauna / steam caves overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We talked about how all of the stress we were carrying left our bodies, Hallelujah. Outside of Grindavik we saw fresh lava flows, new Earth, untouched by human influence. That’s what we felt like—new, fresh, ready to create. What a mystical, transformative way to reignite, to restore and manifest our deepest desires. Maybe you will join us next time.
Testimonial
I needed this trip more than I had realized. Being in Iceland was a complete reset for me. Being so immersed in nature and seeing such untouched places of the country was amazing and a little emotional. We went to lagoons and indulged in lovely spas and skin care. I couldn’t think of anything else besides what was in front of me which was constant breathtaking views, some of which made me tear up. Sometimes you forget to appreciate the simplicities of life like going on a hike, we’re constantly thinking about the next thing, it’s easy to forget to be present in the moment. This retreat reminded me of that, and it was overwhelming at times but in the best way possible. I was just so filled with emotion seeing and experiencing such magnificent features of the earth.
